Since 2010, she speaks the language of luxury business \u2013 and even longer from a luxury client perspective. To combine all this, in January 2021, Dr. Julia Riedmeier founded CODE \\ LUXE \u2013 a luxury studio that uniquely combines strategy advisory with an academy for luxury brands and professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n She advises established luxury brands on developing future-oriented and unique client-centric strategies, gives exclusive workshops and keynotes, takes part as a panelist or moderator in press-related panel discussions, writes and educates about luxury. In her projects and publications (in print and digital, on air, on TV), she always questions the traditional luxury codes and adapts them towards a progressive and reflective approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Besides her entrepreneurial activities, she has been teaching courses related to \u201cLuxury Brand Strategy\u201d since 2016. Currently, as an \u201cAdjunct Professor\u201d at the International University of Monaco and as the module leader for luxury at Munich Business School. Starting her international career in service and direct client-facing roles was a logical step. This brought her to 5-star hotels like the Ritz-Carlton and Herm\u00e8s. And was followed by projects in PR, media, events, and strategy consulting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Since 2010, she has continuously worked, consulted, studied, and researched various luxury brands and strategies on a global scale. In addition, her studies with a focus on Luxury Brand Management and International Business have taken her from Berlin (Bachelor\u2019s) to Munich and Shanghai (Master\u2019s), and finally to Monaco for her doctorate.
